Regular 5s inspections are also used to motivate staff to keep the factory clean. Numerous awards reflect the company's strong health and safety emphasis, such as the Clean, Safe and Healthy Workplace Golden Award from the Health Department, Ministry of Public Health, and Drug-free Factory Award from the Labour Welfare Division of the Labour Protection. The company received the ISO 14001 Environment management system on 15 October 2004, from Bureau Vertitas Certification.
And now company received new version ISO 14001:2015 certificate.
